Shipping Policy
At D-N-D Aquariums & Pet Shop, we aim to deliver your aquarium supplies and pet products quickly and safely. Every order is carefully packed and shipped using reliable carriers to ensure a smooth and dependable delivery experience.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
After processing, orders are shipped using our Free Standard Shipping service.
Transit Time: 3–5 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (processing + shipping)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees are charged during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to track the delivery directly through the shipping carrier.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or you experience any shipping-related problems, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
• Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Email the photos and your order number to info@dndpets.com
Without photo documentation, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided. If you notice an error and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately.
